LLP “Technical control of buildings and structures safety”
1. The testing laboratory of LLP “Technical control of buildings and structures safety” is a structural subdivision of the Limited Liability Partnership LLP “Technical control of buildings and structures safety”
The activity of TL LLP is the main functional activity of LLP.
Testing Laboratory LLP is accredited for technical competence according to GOST ISO/IEC 17025-2019 (ISO/IEC 17025-2019) “General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories” in the accreditation system of the Republic of Kazakhstan for laboratory activities in the declared Field of accreditation. Certificate of Accreditation No. KZ.T.10.E0936 dated “_28_” _april_ 2022__ and valid until April 28, 2027.
2. The LLP is an independent legal entity and in its activities is guided by the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, regulatory legal acts, state standards and other regulatory documents of the state system of technical regulation, accreditation system and ensuring the uniformity of measurements, management system documents, as well as orders, orders and instructions of the LLP.
3. LLP carries out its activities on the basis of the Charter approved by the Founder on 05.01.2021, registered in the register for No. 1287 by the notary of the notarial district of the Karaganda region D.R. Nazarbekova (license No. 0002575 dated 03.06.2009 issued by the KRS and OPP of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan).

4. LLP carries out laboratory activities on behalf of individuals, legal entities or authorities in order to provide them with information on the compliance of test objects, standards, specifications, or contracts in accordance with the requirements of GOST ISO/IEC 17025-2019 and the approved scope of accreditation, meets the requirements of service customers.
5. The LLP has an organizational structure and is provided with all the necessary resources to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the tests carried out.
The staff of the LLP is staffed with specialists who have the appropriate education, professional training, qualifications and experience in conducting laboratory control.
6. The LLP carries out its activities within the framework of a developed, documented, implemented MS, which provides confidence in the ability to carry out activities in accordance with the established requirements in accordance with the Quality Policy.
7. The LLP has developed and implemented documented MS procedures regulating the activities of the testing laboratory, as well as auxiliary processes.
8. LLP has a full range of standardized test methods, testing and measuring equipment, measuring instruments in the declared Field of activity.
9. LLP conducts product tests using methods that meet the requirements of state, interstate standards, other regulatory documents and legal acts in the declared Field of accreditation.
2. The main tasks of the LLP:
2.1
— carrying out laboratory activities on behalf of individuals, legal entities or authorities in order to provide them with information on the compliance of test objects with regulations, standards, specifications, or contracts in accordance with the requirements of GOST ISO/IEC 17025-2019 and the approved scope of accreditation;
— ensuring the completeness and correctness of laboratory control, objectivity and reliability of test results;
— compliance with the principles of impartiality and confidentiality;
— ensuring the continuous operation and improvement of MS in LLP;
— interaction on the issues of conducting accreditation procedures with the Joint-Stock Company “National Accreditation Center”, its territorial subdivision, and other organizations.
3. The main functions of LLP
3.1 LLP, in accordance with the tasks assigned to it, the requirements of legislative and legal acts, regulatory documents on technical regulation, accreditation and ensuring the unity of measurement of the Republic of Kazakhstan, MS documents performs the following main functions:
— acceptance and consideration of applications for laboratory control in accordance with the approved scope of accreditation;
— testing of products in accordance with approved methods and procedures;
—issuance of test reports on compliance of facilities with regulations, standards, technical conditions;
—notification of the applicant about the quality, safety and suitability of the test object for specific purposes and ensuring continuous safety during operation;
—formation, maintenance, updating of the fund of normative documents used in laboratory activities;
—accounting and registration of measuring instruments
—verification of measuring instruments in accordance with annually approved schedules;
—ensuring timely maintenance, repair and write-off of measuring instruments that are unusable and beyond repair;
— conducting internal quality control of the tests carried out in order to verify the reliability of the results;
—participation in interlaboratory comparative tests;
—maintenance and improvement of the MS in accordance with the requirements of GOST ISO/IEC 17025-2019 standards;
— implementation and participation in the updating of the Quality Policy;
—management of documents and records in the implementation of the activities of LLP;
— identification, registration and taking measures to eliminate inconsistencies at all stages of work within the MS
— timely updating of the Scope of accreditation and accreditation materials
— organization of training, certification and advanced training of personnel, accounting of information about the qualifications, training and professional experience of each specialist;
4 Responsibility of the LLP
4.1 LLP, in accordance with the tasks assigned to it, is responsible for:
— violation of the requirements of the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the requirements of regulations, standards, technical specifications, GOST ISO/IEC 17025-2019 and other legislative and regulatory documents;
— violation of the terms and/or scope of accreditation;
— violation of the terms of Contracts concluded with applicants, subcontractors.
9. Interaction with third-party organizations
Organizations with which the TL of the LLP interacts in the course of its activities
